I was able to be a part of 3 major promotions and a huge product launch at Disney Streaming Services. Two of our promotions involved promoting a sale for our new product, Star+, and our other promo was a week-long sale to celebrate the 2 year anniversary of Disney+.

The data down below highlights the success of the Star+ promotion in the account I manage an +858% increase in subscribers and a -75.6% in CPA

A comparison of our Google Ads performance before I took over the account vs. after: 3.87 ROAS with increases across sales and revenue and a reduction in our CPA by -$29.10

March Madness 2024 campaign - I capitalized on the popularity surrounding Caitlin Clark and exceeded initial KPIs, driving over 38k in sales at a 3.32 ROAS.

All campaign data since taking over the account in June 2022 - I've driven over 4.8M in revenue, with a 3.91 ROAS and a $47.24 CPA.

Below is data for one of my accounts at Wavemaker. You'll notice around peak COVID crisis, our budgets were pulled. I acted quickly by pausing weaker keywords and ads to shift that budget over to our higher converting campaigns. The result, as you can see here, is that conversion rate ticked up, while CPA decreased. Needless to say, the clients were happy.
